Stevensville, MI (Nov. 1, 2013) - Independent real estate firm Meredith & Kamp Realtors merged with Cressy & Everett Real Estate to create the largest real estate office in SWMI.  

Since 1978, Meredith & Kamp has focused on Bridgman, Stevensville, St. Joseph and Benton Harbor, and is one of the area's best-known real estate names, regularly ranking among the top brokerages in SW Michigan.   Don Kamp, who founded the company, brings decades of experience, and last year was the top SWMAR agent by volume.  Don will continue to list and sell.  

This combination is a great fit as both companies share an abiding commitment to customers and to the Associates who serve them.

We have consolidated the St. Joseph operations at the current Meredith & Kamp office in Stevensville (Corner of Red Arrow Highway and John Beers Rd.) and in addition will have a "boutique" storefront in downtown St. Joseph.  Shawn Ashley will focus on managing this office through its transition and growth.  Pam Whitcraft will be overseeing both the Edwardsburg and Niles offices.

We are excited about the opportunities this expanded coverage will give us along the Lake Michigan coastline. Combined, our SW Michigan offices will have a 60% lead in volume and a 110% lead in units, when compared to our nearest competitors.
