Ben was fantastic! My husband and I met him at a random open house he was listing when we first began looking for our new home. He asked us some questions and knew we weren't rushing and wasn't pushy with the process at all. We knew a lot of realtors in the area but we just knew he was the right choice and immediately felt comfortable around him. He was very patient and helpful throughout our entire process always making himself available to answer questions and show us properties at any time of day or evening. He went above and beyond to put us in the right hands with the right people for our inspections, etc..He kept us in the loop with everything and just checked on us from time to time to make sure we weren't overwhelmed with the process. We not only trusted Ben with our questions but knew he would be honest and ethical, giving us all truthful information. We trusted his opinions and recommendations knowing he would give us the answer that would not just benefit him or the business to make a sale. He was completely professional and my husband and I never doubted he would be straight with us. The process of buying and selling a house can be very stressful but he made it very smooth and easy for us. I have already recommend him to my mother and sister/brother in law as they are in the market to sell and buy! I trust that he will deliver exceptional service the same way he did for me and my husband. Irma was an exceptional person to work with for my first time purchase. She helped me with all of the steps in the process--all the way from getting financing and even until past closing. She was knowledgeable and patient, accessible and, especially, accomodating. She did an excellent job at accommodating my father who is a wheelchair user and is unable to walk. She was patient enough with us to see some properties multiple times in order for us to find the assistance necessary to get my father into some houses. Accessibility was CRITICAL for us and our purchase. Overall, we saw between 20-25 homes (and this dosent count the ones we saw multiple times!) until we found a home that was right for me. There were times where I began to lose my steam, but she never did. And thank goodness she didn't, because today, I can happily say, "I found my perfect home"!
